Interior Services
- Full interior inspection of your home
- Monitors placed in key areas (kitchen, pantry, bathrooms, storage areas, utility rooms, garage)

- Crack and crevice treatment of baseboards and entry doors
- Basic exclusion work to seal entry points
- 2 Multi-Catch traps for garage
- If monthly service: includes 1 interior fly light
Exterior Services
- Removal of webbing from entry areas
- Removal of dormant and active wasp nests
- Perimeter liquid residual along foundation, soil, around lower windows and doors
- Perimeter granular bait placement in beds and un-watered grass areas
- Basic exclusion - crack and crevice around entry points
- Verbal or in-person follow-up after initial application
Seasonal Pest Program
Seasonal option for properties with seasonal pest pressures
Our Seasonal Pest Program runs from March through September with a minimum of 5 applications. This program includes the same comprehensive interior and exterior coverage as the Interior & Exterior Pest Control program, excluding Multi-Catch traps. Perfect for properties that experience seasonal pest pressures and prefer a focused approach during active months.
The Seasonal Pest Program provides the same level of protection as the Interior & Exterior Pest Control program during the active pest season, with interior inspections, monitoring, treatments, and exterior perimeter protection. This option is ideal for homeowners who want comprehensive protection during peak pest months.

Monthly Service
